PCM Strescon Overseas Ventures Limited, ( PSOVL ) is a leading Railway Track Solution provider. Headquartered at India, the Company has global presence. The Company has developed and used latest cutting edge state of the art technology in manufacturing Heavy Haul Concrete Sleepers and track solutions to meet Clients’ requirements as per various stringent international technical / quality norms and has successfully executed large projects in various parts of the world. With its expertise, experienced and skilled human resources, it is committed to provide customized solution for Railway track infrastructure across the world.

PSOVL has successfully executed two large Greenfield projects for production and supply of 2.57 million 32.5 T Axle Load Heavy Haul Standard Gauge Pre-stressed Concrete Railway Sleepers for the prestigious North South Railway (NSR) Project of Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The supply projects were successfully completed in the year 2012.

PSOVL successfully completed supply contract for manufacture and supply of 7,00,000 Heavy haul 32.5 T Axle Load Standard Gauge PSC Sleepers and 25000 linear meters of PSC Sleepers for Turn Outs for the prestigious Etihad Railway Phase1 Project.

At present PSOVL is executing first of it’s kind , state of the art long line 25 T Axle Load Pre-Stressed Concrete sleeper manufacturing contract for M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd for its CTP 1 and CTP 2 Western Corridor project under Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. Under the contracts for supply of 2.4 Million 25 T Axle Load main line Sleepers and various other types of special sleepers, PSOVL has already started supplies from its state of the art long line Plants located at Bhagega and Marwar Jn, both in State of Rajasthan in India.

PSOVL is also executing construction contracts of ballast less track in Phase –III of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd at 2 locations.

Besides the Plants operating under Western Corridor Project of DFCCIL,the Group also has 3 plants for the manufacture of Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers in India. All three manufacturing plants are approved by the Research, Design and Standards Organization (RDSO), under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India. The Group has manufactured and supplied more than 5 million numbers of various types of Concrete Sleepers to the Indian Railways since last 20 years.

A Group Company has also manufactured and supplied the entire quantity of 0.45 million dual-gauge sleepers to Bangladesh Railways for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) supported prestigious JAMUNA Bridge Rail Link Project.
Group Companies are also engaged in other activities such as Mobile Flash Butt Welding of Rails having 6 Mobile Welding Plants under group ownership, Railway SGCI Inserts, Real Estates, Tea manufacturing, FM Channel and Hydel Power Generation.

CTW 300 - AL JOUF :

• Consortium Leaders: BARCLAY MOWLEM LTD (Laing O'Rourke), Australia.
• Stretch: Al- Nafoud to Al- Haditha, Hazm Al-Jalamid and Al-Basita sector.
• Set up a Greenfield manufacturing plant for manufacture and supply of Pre-Stressed Concrete Sleepers with a production capacity of 3200 PSC Sleepers per day.
• Contract completed.
• Manufactured and supplied 1,360,256 prestressed concrete sleepers for axle load of 32.5 MT heavy haul track.
  
  

CTW 400 - King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) to Az Zabirah Junction :

• The Company is in the process of executing additional orders for supply of 150,000 sleepers to the CTW400 segment of North South Railways in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  
  

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• The Company has signed a Contract for the manufacture and supply of 675,000 units of pre-stressed concrete sleepers and 104 sets of turnout bearers with the Etihad Railways, Abu Dhabi for the Shah-Habshan-Ruwais Railway line which is in the process of execution. This Contract includes the setting up of a fresh green-field sleeper manufacturing plant.
  
  

PROJECTS IN INDIA

Larsen & Toubro / DFCCIL / CTP 1 & 2

• This project is part of India's goal for a dedicated freight corridor. This is the 1st plant set up solely for the project manufacturing 25T Axle load Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers with order of 2.4 million sleeper ( Rs 400 Crore ).
